Shore Thing 9

Municipal Parking Complex, 1099 Ocean Avenue, Sea Bright, New Jersey 07760
The
FUN continues! Shore Thing 9 returns to Sea Bright in September along the
beautiful Jersey Shore. Come out and enjoy the Sun, Sand & Surf. The
Firemen will be cooking up their food all day long, Terry will be hosting
a sand sculpture competition and, of course, we will be having our Fire Engine
led parade through the Sandy Hook National Park.
The Ladies Auxiliary have scheduled their Flea Market in the front lot the same day as our event again this year so there will be plenty of activities to keep you busy. The town is also having a "skim board' event so there will be activities along the beach as well.

Friday Night the fun begins with dinner at Sally T's in
Monmouth along the river or at Apeby's right down the road from the host motel, followed by a fabulous Neon/Glow Show back at the the Red Roof Inn in Tinton
Falls. The town has scheduled a "skim Board" event on the beach so the waterfront will be active as well. This will not interfere with our activities, we will still have the whole rear lot like always and the fire department bays for our Chinese Auction and Dinner. After the show we will line up and head out to our famous scenic cruise
up through Sandy Hook led by a Sea Bright Fire Department Engine.
Attendees who have purchased dinner tickets will be treated to a catered dinner at the firehouse following the parade.
